Joel at the beach bar was the BEST! He made up special drinks and chatted with you throughout our trip and was so nice. We sent several other guests his way because his service was BEYOND AMAZING!

love the location and love the over all look of the whole resort, staff was very attentive and polite they went over and above since I was traveling with my spouse who was a new mother they accommodated helping her freeze pumped milk so all in all very helpful

resort was clean and the staff was very attentive. just tip the staff a bit and you’re good. they had activities, shows, and bands for both adults and children to enjoy. very accommodating over all! food at the French and Brazilian restaurants is really good

Room service was very good, cleaned the room and fixed the beds several times, wasn't expecting that but it was nice

We really love the resort and staff were amazing. So helpful, friendly and really lovely. We really loved the resort- perfect for families with lovely pools and lots of do but thought the food was pretty average. I actually think it would be better to have less selection but nicer options. But that is the only thing I thought could be improved! Overall a great resort and we have a lovely time. Thank you
