resort was clean and the staff was very attentive. just tip the staff a bit and you’re good. they had activities, shows, and bands for both adults and children to enjoy. very accommodating over all! food at the French and Brazilian restaurants is really good

We really love the resort and staff were amazing. So helpful, friendly and really lovely. We really loved the resort- perfect for families with lovely pools and lots of do but thought the food was pretty average. I actually think it would be better to have less selection but nicer options. But that is the only thing I thought could be improved! Overall a great resort and we have a lovely time. Thank you

Almost everything. The rooms are sufficiently large, the facilities (pools, gym, etc.) very nice, essentially all employees very polite, helpful and friendly (special mention for Isaid from gym, Maria from entertainment team and Juan from poolside bar. The restaurants are all good and food well-above average.

I have no complaints about Dreams. Such a beautiful resort with great hospitality. Room service was great and timely and well as the restaurants on the resort. Went for a destination wedding and it was perfect!!
